Résumé : |
While an eye for colour matching is still important, it is no longer the most efficient method to match the ever growing gamut of colours and meet the tight specifications confronting the coatings industry of the late 90's and beyond. Today, what used to be an art has evolved into a very precise and repeatable technological process. Relatively inexpensive, super-fast processors and potent colour computer matching systems that are user-friendly and understandable have elevated computerized colour matching to new heights in speed, accuracy and performance. In fact, this technology has become a necessity for maintaining economic competitiveness in today's aggressive global marketplace. |
