This paper confirms that exceptional reactivity of dendritic polymers in UV-curable coatings can be obtained. The dendritic polyester acrylate fully cures without any photo initiator and at low lamp intensity. Obtained film further had extraordinary chemical resistance and scratch resistance. The high functionality at any given molecular weight of dendritic polymers allows for exceptional cure speed. |
