Teinture -- Fibres textilesIndex. décimale : 667.3 Teinture et impression des tissus Résumé : This paper presents a new method for colour recipe prediction using ant colony optimisation. Three reactive dyes, namely CI Reactive Yellow 145, CI Reactive Red 238 and CI Reactive Blue 235, were used for colour formulation. Samples of 100% cotton fabrics were used for dyeing. The objective was to assure, control and optimise the colour formulation step by determining the dyes to be applied and their respective concentrations to reproduce the desired shades. The criterion of optimisation is to minimise the colour differences [Colour Measurement Committee (2:1)] between the target colour and the colour obtained by the proposed recipe. Errors between the proposed recipe and actual concentrations are also evaluated. The developed algorithm showed good performances with small colour differences between the target and reproduced colours (all lower than 0.7). Note de contenu : - ANT COLONY OPTIMISATION

Is it produced naphtalène sulfonation in oleum, followed by condensation with formaldehyde and subsequent neutralization by caustic soda. The properties of the obtained products are discussed as dependent on processing conditions. The origins of the main parameters ruling the dispersant effect, dispersion stability and dying power on polyester material are examined.
The results show that the presence of remaining naphtalene does no modify significantly the adsorption speed on dyestuff particles. The samples made of naphtalene-2 sulfonic acid show excellent dispersant properties. Naphatalene-1 sulfonic acid derivatives show higher adsorption rates. The simultaneous presence of both acids thus leads to good properties of the final product. With high molecular weight, high condensation degrees result in very good absorbtion behaviour of the dyestuff in textile fibers.En ligne : https://new.societechimiquedefrance.fr/numero/etudes-des-proprietes-dispersantes [...] Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=7562

Teinture -- Fibres textiles synthétiquesIndex. décimale : 677 Textiles Résumé : Polyamide 6.6 fibres were modified for the improvement of dyeing affinity using a graft copolymerisation method. These fibres were grafted with acrylic acid as monomer. The influence of the chemical modification of polyamide 6.6 fibres on the dyeing properties was investigated using a cationic dye (Red Astrazon 5BL). It was shown that the dye uptake of the modified fibres was greater than that of the unmodified fibres. The kinetic study of the cationic dye used at various grafting percentages showed an improvement of the dye build-up rate, such as its exhaustion. In addition, an increase in the adsorption of the dye quantity fixed on the surface layer of the fibre made up of the grafted molecules was announced. Colour fastness to washing was improved with the grafting percentage. The modelling of the adsorption isotherms using Langmuir, Freundlich and Jossen relations allows the determination of isotherm constants. The results obtained from this modelling study show the existence of several models corresponding to various percentages of grafting.
